Unique property at Kastro of Parikia

In the heart of the traditional settlement of Parikia, beside the old walls of the Venetian castle is the unique stone building constructed around 1400 and fully renovated in 2005.
With respect to the Cycladic architecture, the renovation retained all the materials and the details of the old building, such as the wooden paneled doors and windows, the cement mortar floors, the wooden beamed ceilings, the stone walls, the marble stairs and combined them in perfect harmony with modern amenities, insulation, air conditioning, sound system and lighting.
The building consists of two levels of total surface 142m2 and has a lovely roof garden which overlooks the village, the mountains and the sea.
